Midland Magic

It's finally spring. And where could be a better place to spend spring than the Irish midlands. Rolling hills, tranquil lakes and rivers and small fields divided by blooming hedgerows make the midlands a unique destination. If the weather is good golden evening light is followed by a burning sky at sunset. Mist is rising from the lakes and rivers. Dawn brings more glorious colours in the sky and the mist and fog patches over the fields and hedgerows are soon burned away by the rising sun.
This is one of the best times of the year to stay up late and get up early, not only for photographers. Enjoy spring.
